General Policy

All sales are considered final, but we do offer support in specific situations outlined below.

 

Website Orders

Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

We accept requests if:

  • Item is defective

  • Item is incorrect

  • Item is damaged upon arrival

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide order number and photos or videos

Upon approval:

  • We will offer a replacement OR

  • Issue online store credit 

In the event that a replacement is not available, an online store credit will be given.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for any other reasons than those stated above.

Vending Machine Purchases

If something goes wrong:

  • Item is stuck in the machine

  • Wrong item dispensed

  • Item is visibly defective

Please do the following:

  • Take a photo/video immediately

  • Note the machine location + time of purchase

  • Send the above to (65)86299029 within 24 hours

Once verified, we will offer:

  • The same item mailed to you at no extra cost

  • If the same item is no longer available, we will process a refund

No refunds or exchanges will be given for any other reasons than those stated above.
