At Toki Toys, we love the thrill of trading cards just as much as you do. Because of that, we want to be upfront about how pricing and expectations work for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products.

 

Market-Based Pricing

Pokémon TCG products are part of a highly dynamic market.

We price TCG products based on:

  • Current supply and availability

  • Supplier pricing changes

  • Market demand

We highly recommend you to follow us on our social channels to stay updated on restocks, drops, and price changes.

 

Product Authenticity

We source all Pokémon TCG products from suppliers we trust.

However:

  • Toki Toys does not manufacture these products

  • Toki Toys does not control factory packing or distribution processes

As such, Toki Toys is not responsible for:

  • Alleged “weighing” or “mapping” of packs

  • Claims of “filtered” or “non-random” pulls

  • Manufacturing inconsistencies

 

Pack Odds & Pull Rates

Please note:

  • Pull rates are not guaranteed

  • Buying multiple packs does not guarantee a “chase” card

  • Outcomes are determined by the manufacturer, not Toki Toys

We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or compensation based on:

  • Not getting desired cards

  • Perceived “bad luck”

  • Duplicate pulls

 

No Returns or Exchanges for TCG Products

Due to the nature of trading cards:

  • All TCG sales are final 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for singles, packs, boxes, or products
